A new identity was required for City Offices, a major City of
London and W1 developer. The new brand was intended to
reflect a more contemporary approach to business and to give the
company an independent identity from its former parent company,
Initial name generation, as a part of a strategic 'workshop'
branding exercise (involving client participation), produced
tactical solutions deliverable across online and
offline applications. The new name CORE, not only had associations
but could also be interpreted as standing for 'City Offices Real
Estate'. The new award-winning brand identity has been
well-received within the marketplace.
