This signature development saw the refurbishment of over 20
luxury apartments situated off the Arc du Triomphe. Designed by
Conran and Partners and refurbished to the highest specification
with bespoke fittings, 81 Avenue Victor Hugo was aimed at the local
and international market.
Phase One went under offer within months of being launched at
the Trocadero in Paris. The prestige of the project was
reflected in the writing, design and production of an evocative
brochure of 'coffee-table' standard.
