Al Maryah Island is a 114 hectare mixed-use development,
designated by the emirate's Urban Planning Council to be the
capital's Central Business District. Branding for Al Maryah Island
and Sowwah Square were designed and follow up
marketing collateral including brochures, exhibition
stands and a large website have been produced
by Sectorlight based on on-going consultancy with the client.
Steady interest in the Island has been received and a number of
blue-chip occupiers have already signed up starting with the anchor
tenant of Abu Dhabi's Securities Exchange.
Sectorlight designed and developed a tenant engagement programme
for Sowwah Square which included the concept, design, site
architecture and programming of the newly launched Sowwah Square
website.
