A project from the Portuguese Government division Grupo Parque Expo. The brief required a full strategic branding and marketing proposal for the development of a new district for Lisbon on an international scale. We took responsibility for the master

 

 

 

branding and co-ordination of over 40 individual stakeholders in a 3 year-long programme to deliver both strategic and tactical solutions to one of Europe's largest urban regeneration projects. To deliver the above programme we created an on-site 

 

division of 12 people which has remained in place to manage the ongoing requirement of this major project.
