We were privileged to brand this exclusive prime residential development situated on the banks of the River Thames in the heart of historic Westminster.

St Edward, Berkeley Group asked us to brand the highly anticipated prime residential development, 9 Millbank, to encapsulate British luxury and style. Split across two buildings, we were tasked with creating distinct personalities that were equally premium and two overarching campaigns that were aligned under the main umbrella brand of 9 Millbank.

First, we created Millbank Quarter which was a completely new building and so needed to have a more modern and contemporary British style. Then we created Millbank Residences which required a more classical image reflecting the heritage of the monumental Grade II listed building it’s situated in.

9 Millbank is one of the fastest selling Berkeley developments to date. Key to the success of marketing it was the photoshoot and film we commissioned by renowned photographer, Anders Overgaard, with experience shooting for the likes of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ and Vanity Fair. He brought about the high-end editorial look we wanted to achieve to elevate the campaign and give it a cinematic quality that would tell the story of the development to the target audiences.
