Over the next few months, many new faces will be appearing around St. Katharine Docks. With a multimillion pound investment well underway to transform the marina, there’s more space than ever before for new visitors and tenants. As tenants ourselves and also brand guardians, we’ve been throwing ourselves into the rebrand process and making the most of the activity and vibrancy that’s followed.

Whilst the food markets and floating cinemas have enticed new crowds, our office leasing campaign for International House required a slightly more abstract approach. As Central London’s only marina, we aimed to encapsulate the ‘St. Katharine Docks experience’ through a unique series of on-floor marketing.

Inspired by the vibrant events & and dining experiences, high-spec office space, excellent transport connections and the Docks’ heritage, we wanted to create something more inspiring and tactile. Armed with carefully crafted bespoke material and graphics, we’ve been busy preparing and installing within an entire suite of International House. Clients and prospective tenants are led on a route to discover work and social life at St. Katharine Docks, encountering wooden trunks, barrels, carts, hanging photographic posters, commissioned maps and suspended props that nod towards the Docks’ impressively diverse offering.

Since the launch of the rebrand, WeWork, Musto and Smarkets are just some of the companies that have come on board, alongside Emilia’s Pasta and Traders Wine Bar who have filled our stomachs and retail spaces. Plus, keep an eye out for the latest newcomer, chef Neil Wager's imaginative new eating house, Dokke.
