For the launch of Harrison Varma’s exclusive Buxmead development, a simple brochure and website would not have sufficed. Recognising the importance of technology as an integral part of modern life, we aimed to reinterpret digital marketing for the luxury consumer by creating a bespoke Buxmead app. Presented on an engraved iPad, the app offered a novel way of enticing and interacting with the target market and buyers. Cutting through traditional property marketing techniques and the weighty brochures that come with it, this move represents a brave step into a purely digital future.
They say it's the taking part that counts but an award really does sweeten the deal...
