Following our work with HB Reavis on recent London projects, it’s been exciting to leave UK soil with them to work on one of their most high profile projects to date, Varso Place, soon to be home to Poland’s tallest tower.

Forging a unique place on Warsaw’s skyline, the striking Varso Tower will offer 310m of Foster + Partners designed architecture, inter-connected at ground level with two mid-rise towers, Varso 1 & Varso 2. These three buildings and their shared public spaces will together make up this spectacular flagship scheme, reviving an area in the heart of the city.

Presenting a vibrant hotspot for business and leisure, we’re hoping to see the development attract larger international businesses, as well as interesting smaller start-ups. Visitors and tenants alike can look forward to the ground floor shops, cafes and public squares, as well as a trip upwards to enjoy sky high dining across three floors of Varso Tower, which will become a new tourist attraction for the city, to experience stunning 360 degree views from the observation deck.

With the campaign successfully launching at MIPIM this year, here’s a sneak peek at how the Varso visual identity is starting to come to life.
