City Offices Real Estate are property developers specialising in the City and West End and responsible for a number of key developments across London.
Sectorlight were appointed to create a new brand identity for City Offices. The new brand was intended to reflect a more contemporary approach to business and to give the company an independent identity from its former parent company, Greycoat.
Initial name generation, as a part of a strategic ‘workshop’ branding exercise produced tactical solutions deliverable across online and offline applications. The new name CORE, not only had associations with construction but could also be interpreted as standing for ‘City Offices Real Estate’.
We produced a case bound brochure that detailed CORE's key services through individual case studies. A muted colour palette gave way to striking architectural photography.
A gallery based website focussed on CORE's projects was designed using dynamic imagery and striking section headers. A video was produced showcasing key developments for their annual Christmas Party held at the James Bond exhibition.
The London Real Estate Forum 2015 required a corporate stand that really stood out. Sectorlight created this showcase film highlighting CORE flagship projects for the year to be displayed from CORE's branding marketing panels, giving a real sense of CORE's logo taking a tour across their prime real estate projects across the City and West End.

Ad hoc marketing material has been produced over the years including this pop-up cube sent to CORE's client base notifying them of their change in address.
A branded guest list for the James Bond Xmas Party was handed out at the event.
CORE's annual party boasted the prestigious location of the 'Bond in Motion' vehicle exhibition at the London Transport museum. Sectorlight stepped up to the challenge of creating an original and exciting Bond themed portfolio presentation, entertaining the hundreds of guests and setting the scene perfectly from the reception's wall of plasma screens.
