Branding and strategy for Al Maryah Island and Sowwah Square were designed and follow up marketing collateral including brochures, exhibition stands and websites have been produced based on on-going consultancy with the client.

The Island opened in 2013 welcoming a number of blue-chip occupiers to the CBD alongside the launch of the Galleria Shopping Centre at its heart and the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The 4 commercial towers is now 80% let anchored by the Abu Dhabi’s Securities Exchange and flanked by the Rosewood Hotel and Four Seasons Hotel.
