Buxmead, The Bishops Avenue
Buxmead is a collection of highly exclusive apartments and penthouses set within 2.5 acres of private landscaped gardens. The high standards of this Harrison Varma development required an equally luxurious and innovative approach to its marketing. Moving beyond the tried and tested, we designed a bespoke App to be presented to potential buyers via their own personal Buxmead iPads.
Brand, packaging and presentation
The key marketing objective of this project was to position Buxmead as an enticing and unique opportunity and so the branding and presentation had to convey this. Once the brand logo was established, this was engraved on the latest iPad models with a gold finish. These arrived to prospective buyers in luxury packaging resembling a gift.
Designed with cutting-edge technology, the App enables potential buyers to select finishes and layouts to create their bespoke home and for current residents to control the environment of their home. Content updates can be seamlessly published to all iPads without the end user’s involvement, ensuring the content remains up to date and relevant.
As part of the gift package, we designed handmade mini brochures tailored to each recipient.
