The ever-evolving London skyline is soon to welcome its latest addition, Spire London. Soaring above the cityscape at 771ft, the building is set to become the tallest residential tower in Western Europe. Working alongside Greenland Group, we’re thrilled with the acclaim that the development has already received.
This premium development required a fully integrated campaign, with luxury and opulence at its core. We responded to this with an elegant 'Aspire Higher' campaign that emphasised the tower’s premium assets without losing sight of its proposition as a liveable and comfortable residence.
The campaign covered everything from the initial brand development, through to branded collateral such as the 136 page sales & marketing brochure, traditional print and digital advertising, events in the UK and overseas and a fully responsive website. The logo design derived from the iconic HOK-designed architecture, accentuating the height and slenderness of the building.
Enlisting an array of talented photographers, stylists and creatives we designed a 136 page luxury brochure. Supplemented with stylistic features and imaginative fold-outs, this brochure reflected the tower's unparalleled quality.
Our phased advertising campaign was strategically and successfully circulated online, in the press and across various outdoor platforms such as foiled black cabs, in DLR & tube stations, and through a targeted brand ambassador campaign.
