The Bevenden, Hoxton
The Bevenden, is a collection of 42 boutique apartments at the heart of Hoxton and Shoreditch. The brief was to develop a creative campaign reflective of the area and its cultural heritage with a flair and edge appealing to the target audience.
Contemporary Hoxton has a fashionable flair, and haberdashery has been a predominant industry in the area’s history. Using this inspiration we collaborated with local textile designer Anna Glover to create a limited number of patterns bespoke to The Bevenden.
The brochure was produced to have a raw edge to it with an exposed binding in keeping with the edgy nature of the area. Featuring striking imagery and design with minimal copy that focussed on creative and social benefits of the location.
The Bevenden logo is robust and angular, reflective of the strong style of development but also the strong personality of Hoxton and Shoreditch. The bold shape of the hexagon and the black and white, bring emphasis to the logo in the design and ensure it stands out against the prints on the hoarding.
