Spinningfields Retail, Manchester
The retail element of Spinningfields was created by Allied London Properties as part of the Spinningfields estate. Whilst the retail complements the Grade A offices within the development, it has evolved into a prime retailing destination in its own right, with a speciality in high-end fashion.
Sectorlight were briefed to launch ‘The Avenue’ - Manchester’s answer to London’s New Bond Street. International luxury brands were courted and bespoke material including brochures, retailer presentations and eye-catching hoardings were created during the lead up and for the ultimate launch.
Understanding the Mancunian market, consumers and local tenants were attracted by the use of bold colours, stylish model photography and magazines showcasing the brands for this new premier street for Spinningfields. A series of postcards were handed out during the seasonal events programme and bespoke occupier presentations were created.
A series of eye-catching place-making hoardings were conceptualised that promoted key values ‘diversity’ ‘fashion’ ‘inspired’ etc with striking imagery and messages about the F&B and fashion offering.
